Because the existing AI contract tools all stop at "here's your analysis." But the actual trouble usually shows up after signing: the renewal date that slipped, the refund window that closed, the trap buried in Section 7, the verbal promise that never made it to paper.

We think a contract isn't a static document — it's a relationship that needs ongoing guardianship.

We use Claude (Anthropic's strongest LLM) for deep contract understanding, and we rely on four structural moats — temporal dimension, physical-world integration, network effects, and regulatory tracking — to do things one-shot AI tools can't.

Our code and SECURITY.md are publicly inspectable. No third-party OCR, no Google Vision, no shipping your contracts into anyone's training set.

1. Security first: we won't trade safety for speed or cost — contracts never leave Anthropic and our own infrastructure. 2. Chinese-first: Traditional Chinese is a first-class citizen, not a translation of an English UI. 3. No hype: AI makes mistakes — we say so plainly. Every report carries a disclaimer. 4. We don't compete with lawyers: we help you walk into your lawyer's office with better questions.

Currently an independent builder. We deliberately stay small and sustainable — we'd rather move carefully than chase funding at the cost of security or product principles.

If and when we grow, we'll hire people who understand both contract work and information security.
